No matter what happens to the Oakwood property in South Euclid, the Cleveland Heights part of Oakwood will be next.

Ohio laws says that if citizens don't like the land use decisions their officials make-- their only remedy is to vote them out of office.

It is election time, so we asked you to contact the current Cleveland Heights city officials, council members and council candidates and ask them two questions.

1. What have you done to preserve Oakwood?
2. What will you do to preserve Oakwood?

We will post and tweet their answers so that Oakwood supporters can make an informed decision this November.

First answer:

Jason Stein:

"Great to hear from you. I hope things are going well for you.
As for any potential development of the Oakwood property in Cleveland Heights; There will be no "emergency" measures. Any proposed development of Oakwood will go through a series of transparent and public discussions."8/10/11.
