Thanks to the residents of South Euclid, the petitions for the referendum for Oakwood filled up fast. We gathered 533 signatures, and the Board of Elections quickly certified that we have the required number of signatures for the referendum to go to the ballot.

 

We are not quite there...It will take some time to complete the additional South Euclid charter requirements, but the referendum is well on its way to being officially placed on the ballot in November.

 

We know that the voters of South Euclid will vote down rezoning Oakwood and will bring us all a beautiful, happier, more prosperous community.

 

 

But... it is up to all of us to spread the word!

 

So, please go through your address book and put out the call to your Facebook friends for South Euclid residents; if they are interested in volunteering to help with the referendum campaign, please ask them to contact us by emailing info@citizensforoakwood.com, or calling 216-694-8304.

 

South Euclid residents,  please invite us to come and talk at your block parties or neighborhood get-togethers.

Please consider inviting a group of other South Euclid residents to your home and inviting us to come and talk and answer questions about Oakwood.
